Redouane, an ambitious worker at the Masterbed factory in France, finally secures the long-awaited promotion to become a supervisor. However, a few days later, the factory is relocated to India. Unwilling to give up on his promotion, he reluctantly chooses to relocate to India with his wife. Upon arriving in India, he is warmly welcomed by his affectionate and supportive colleagues, and together, they embark on a journey filled with unexpected events. As they work side by side, they not only navigate the challenges of the new work environment but also bridge the gaps of cultural differences, forming a deep and fraternal bond that transcends borders.
